The Emergency Radiology Section is seeking a dedicated Emergency Radiologist to join our growing team in a third-shift role. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, timely imaging care for trauma and emergency patients across our Level I Trauma Center, community emergency departments, and urgent care network. Faculty are supported by a robust team of residents, subspecialty radiologists, administrative staff, including a radiology liaison, and strong IT resources, all within a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and academic excellence. The ideal candidate will have an interest in mentoring trainees, contributing to resident education, and advancing the field of Emergency Radiology through quality improvement, research, and scholarly activities. This position offers the opportunity to practice at the forefront of emergency imaging while playing an integral role in a nationally recognized academic radiology department. As part of a dedicated overnight team, faculty enjoy significant autonomy while remaining closely connected to a collaborative network of subspecialty radiologists and trainees who support the department's 24/7 mission of exceptional patient care.

The Emergency Radiology Section has dedicated full-time faculty and a rotation of other subspecialized radiologists who are highly respected, collaborative, and fellowship-trained .
The Department of Radiology provides post-graduate fellowships, including a one-year Emergency Radiology fellowship, a diagnostic radiology residency program, and medical student elective clinical rotations.
Collaboration is the foundation for how we work within our department and with others across the organization . Our Radiology team includes 12 0+ clinical faculty radiologists, 1 2 imaging science faculty, 1 2 instructor/fellows, 4 1 residents, 2 0 advanced practice providers, and 6 4 support staff .
Schedule: The position is available either on-site, remote, or hybrid.
Hours are from 9 pm to 7 am CST.
7 days on, 14 days off.
