Deine Aufgaben Einrichten und Rüsten von Spritzgussanlagen laut vorgegeben Fertigungsplan Einstellung und Dokumentation der optimalen Spritzgießparameter  Fehlersuche an Spritzgussmaschinen und Robotern Optimierung des Spritzgussprozesses hinsichtlich vorgegebener Prozess- und Qualitätsparameter  Bereitstellung der von Produktionsfreigaben Störungsbeseitigung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltungsabteilung und diensthabenden Schichtleiter  Unterstützung bei der Wartung und Reinigung von Maschinen und Peripherie  Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheit (EHS) sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz (5S)  Organisation und Teilnahme an Verbesserungsworkshops (KAIZEN)  Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, als Verfahrensmechaniker oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss Du besitzt Erfahrung im Bereich Kunststofffertigung sowie relevanter Werkzeugtechnik, vorzugsweise in der Automobil-/Zuliefererindustrie  Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und flexibel Du verfügst über eine gute Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und bist bereit im Schichtsystem zu arbeiten Du hast ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein  Standort Benefits Intensive Einarbeitung durch   einen persönlichen Paten Entwicklungs- und Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten Regelmäßige   Mitarbeiter- und Teamevents   für unseren Teamspirit Prämienpunktesystem mit der   Sachbezugskarte & Job Rad Offene   Unternehmenskultur DU WILLST ZU UNS GEHÖHREN? – KOMM AUF UNSERE ÜBERHOLSPUR!
