Position Details Location: 1653 12th St., Santa Monica, CA 90404 Employment Type: W-2 Employee Pay Rate: $20.00/hour E-Scooter Delivery Driver Available Schedules Part-Time Tuesday–Thursday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM Delivery Driver Responsibilities Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned shift tasks Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas Perform basic repairs and vehicle quality checks Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters Complete other duties as assigned Delivery Driver Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile apps Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a hands-on, physically active environment Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technician Position Type: Full-Time Schedule Friday–Tuesday: 9:00 PM–5:00 AM Repair Technician Responsibilities Inspect bicycles and scooters for safety and functionality Diagnose and repair mechanical issues Perform routine maintenance and quality checks Troubleshoot vehicle issues and replace damaged components Maintain an organized and safe repair workspace Complete other duties as assigned Repair Technician Qualifications Hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift scooters weighing up to 60 lbs. without assistance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working in a physically active environment Previous bicycle, scooter, automotive, mechanical repair, maintenance, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferred Important Information Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the Santa Monica warehouse and be able to work one of the schedules listed above. For E-Scooter Delivery Drivers, a company van will be provided during the shift to complete job duties. About the Roles Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience while maintaining vehicles and improving the efficiency of fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate vehicles throughout the city, swap batteries, rebalance scooters, perform quality checks, and complete minor repairs. Bicycle & Scooter Repair Technicians inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Veo's fleet of bicycles and scooters to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for riders. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the shift. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications. Pay Range $19.50 — $20 USD
