Full-Time Driver Pacific Coast Post-Acute | Salinas, CA Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour At Pacific Coast Post-Acute, we are committed to excellence in serving our community. Responsibilities Ensure the safe transportation of residents to scheduled medical appointments, approved activities, and community outings. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of facility vehicles to promote a safe and comfortable experience for residents and a positive image within the community. Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Assist residents with boarding and exiting the vehicle as needed. Follow all safety regulations and transportation procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely lift, transfer, and mobilize residents weighing up to 70 pounds in confined areas within a transport van. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work with a highly dependent resident population. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Prior healthcare transportation experience is a plus but not required.
