The Director/Senior Director, Business Development will play a key role in driving BioAgilytix’s continued growth across Massachusetts, with a primary focus on the Boston/Cambridge biopharma market. This highly visible, client-facing role is responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic client relationships, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities across our large molecule bioanalytical services portfolio. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of the bioanalytical services market, an established understanding of the biopharma landscape, and a demonstrated ability to identify, develop, negotiate, and close complex business opportunities. Working closely with scientific leadership, operations, marketing, and senior management, this individual will translate client needs into opportunities that leverage BioAgilytix’s scientific capabilities and expertise. We are looking for an experienced business development professional who can build credibility with scientific and business leaders, develop lasting client partnerships, and independently drive opportunities from initial engagement through close.
