Cultural Narrative, Talent Storytelling & Creative: Shape and steward a cohesive cultural narrative that connects Zscaler’s people strategy, Ways of Working, and employee experience. Lead how that story comes to life across employee and candidate touchpoints through communications, visual design, video, and multimedia, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Corporate Communications, and Marketing to ensure alignment with Zscaler’s broader brand. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to align internal and external messaging, amplifying Zscaler's workplace culture.
