🚀 What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Transformation & Strategy is a senior business leader responsible for driving the company’s strategic priorities and leading complex transformation initiatives across the organization.
The role acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Management team, connecting business strategy, performance, transformation, and execution. Working across Finance, Sales, Operations, CX, HR, IT, Legal, Product, and regional and international stakeholders, the Director translates complex business challenges into clear recommendations, actionable roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
This is a leadership and execution role, not an administrative or coordination-only position. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, strong business judgment, and a hands-on approach to driving execution, mobilizing teams, challenging assumptions, and delivering results across high-impact initiatives, including M&A integration, post-acquisition activities, carve-outs, and organizational transformation.
As part of this role, you will contribute to the following missions:
Transformation & Strategic Execution
Lead and drive complex, cross-functional business transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
Translate strategic objectives into pragmatic roadmaps, governance routines, milestones, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, operating models, processes, automation, and operational performance.
Mobilize cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, address bottlenecks, and ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives.
Support organizational change, process optimization, and transformation programs from strategy through implementation.
M&A, Post-Acquisition Integration & Carve-Outs
Lead or support strategic M&A-related initiatives, including post-merger integration, post-acquisition activities, carve-out planning, and operating model alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, and regional or Group stakeholders.
Translate transaction and transformation objectives into actionable plans, governance routines, milestones, KPIs, and decision forums.
Support Day 1 / Day 100 readiness, synergy tracking, integration planning, and execution of post-acquisition priorities.
Identify dependencies, risks, cultural and organizational challenges, and value-creation opportunities requiring Executive Management attention.
Prepare executive-level updates, recommendations, and communication materials to maintain alignment and execution momentum.
Strategy, Business Performance & Executive Management
Partner with the CEO and Executive Management team to define, refine, and execute strategic priorities.
Conduct strategic and business analyses to support growth, performance improvement, transformation, and organizational decisions.
Prepare executive materials, recommendations, and reports for governance bodies, Executive Committee meetings, and strategic decision forums.
Design and maintain performance dashboards and monitor strategic objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes.
Identify business opportunities, operating model enhancements, and initiatives to improve performance and operational efficiency.
Support alignment across local, regional, and international stakeholders, ensuring clarity on priorities, ownership, trade-offs, and risks.
Governance & Cross-Functional Leadership
Establish and maintain effective governance for strategic initiatives, in coordination with the CLT PMO.
Lead cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas, ensuring accountability, clear ownership, and timely execution.
Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators.
Facilitate decision-making and escalate critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams throughout the execution of strategic and transformation initiatives.
