DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION Lead the way. Inspire your team. Make a difference every day! We’re looking for a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and help our residents reach their goals and regain their independence. What You’ll Do Lead and support the rehabilitation team Oversee daily therapy operations and services Coordinate therapy programs based on resident needs Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and other departments Monitor resident progress and ensure quality outcomes Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations Assist with staffing, scheduling, and department needs Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive therapy environment We’re Looking For Licensed therapy professional with leadership experience Strong communication and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Someone who is passionate about helping residents achieve their goals Full-Time Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Complimentary Life Insurance 401(k) Vacation & Sick Time If you’re ready to lead a team that helps people get stronger, more independent, and back to doing what they love—we want to meet you!
