Digital & Platform Growth
Drive adoption of Ingram Micro Xvantage™ to improve customer experience and business performance.
Design platform-first go-to-market strategies using digital campaigns, analytics, and automation.
Partner with sales, marketing, and platform operations teams to convert digital insights into revenue.
Build scalable programs that improve partner engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
Innovation & Organizational Leadership
Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across vendor management, business development, and growth functions.
Drive organizational transformation — operating model redesign, process optimization, and change management.
Build a culture of accountability, agility, and customer-centric execution; attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Financial & Strategic Planning
Own financial forecasting and margin management for the portfolio while clearly communicating the financial reasoning behind decisions to stakeholders
Develop business cases and investment strategies to maximize contribution margin and long-term portfolio value.
Use advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate opportunities, risks, and resource allocation.
