Job Overview The Director of Food & Beverage at Hotel Van Zandt brings genuine Austin character to every responsibility, supporting a hotel where live music fills the air nightly and Four-Diamond service is the standard. Plan and manage the Human Resources and operations of the Food and Beverage departments to achieve customer (guest, employees, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goal.
