The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) serves as a strategic finance leader and trusted business partner to senior leadership and business line executives. This role is responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support across the organization. The Director will translate financial data into actionable insights, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment between financial outcomes and business objectives. A core focus of this role is deep partnership with business lines, providing proactive financial guidance to enable growth, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision-making. #LI-Hybrid #LI -TK1 For applicants located in Virginia, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. The current estimated range is $205,000 - $250,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
