Job Summary ​ ​ Granicus is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team, reporting to the VP of FP&A.  ​  ​This is a high-visibility finance leadership role with the opportunity to shape decisions across a significant portion of the business. The Director will serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across various teams to help drive strategic and operational initiatives as the business continues to grow and scale.  ​  What Your Impact Will Look Like ​​Serve as a trusted strategic finance partner to senior leaders across various functions, translating business performance into clear insights and actionable recommendations.  ​Influence decisions on headcount, operating spend, resource allocation, investment priorities, and profitability by connecting financial results to operational drivers and business outcomes.  ​Lead the planning and forecasting processes for supported organizations, including annual operating planning, rolling forecasts, monthly outlook updates, and scenario analysis.  ​Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, prioritization, and career development.  ​Establish clear operating rhythms, timelines, and accountability across planning, forecasting, and business-review processes; manage effectively through change and competing priorities.  ​Own hands-on financial modeling and help evolve Adaptive Insights, including planning models, reporting capabilities, process improvements, and user adoption.  ​Deliver timely, accurate, and decision-useful reporting and analysis for senior leadership, including budget-versus-actual reviews, key performance indicators, operating trends, and risks and opportunities.  ​Improve visibility into revenue and margin performance, including recurring and non-recurring revenue drivers, margin trends, and areas for operational improvement.  ​Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business leaders to strengthen data quality, reporting infrastructure, financial processes, and visualization of key performance insights.  ​Lead value-added analysis and financial decision support for strategic initiatives, including investment cases, profitability initiatives, and other cross-functional business priorities.  ​Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working to make the organization more efficient, scalable, and responsive. ​  You Will Love This Job If You Have ​​You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar quantitative discipline  ​You have 8+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and/or budgeting  ​You have outstanding problem solving skills  ​You take a highly collaborative team approach to work  ​You have a record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives  ​You have excellent systems skills/accounting software package proficiency   ​You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally Salesforce and Adaptive Insights  ​You are a detail-oriented team player with strong self-direction  Pay Range USD $167,000.00 - USD $197,000.00 /Yr.
