Company Overview A Group Home/Day Habilitation Center located in Queens is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP). Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in both residential and community-based settings in QUEENS. DSPs play a critical role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and daily routines Support individuals in community engagement and activities Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Follow care plans and document services as required Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements Experience with DD population preferred Strong interpersonal and compassionate approach Pay Range USD $17.25 - USD $17.25 /Hr.
