Schedule:  Multiple shifts available Wage:  $15.75/hour with a $1,500 retention bonus Company Perks/Benefits: Health benefits for eligible employees (medical, dental, supplemental) 401(k) with employer match after one year Paid time off, paid training , early wage access, employee assistance, and growth opportunities What You Get To Do: A  Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver  provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities.  The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth. Assist with daily living, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry. Provide encouragement and complete required documentation. What Makes You A Great Fit:  At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills Ability to pass required background clearance We believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
