The Digital Technology (DT) Site Services Lead is accountable for the overall coordination of successful implementation and integration of IT Services across for the individual’s assigned sites. This role is responsible for overseeing the integration of all IT Services and engagements with site executives and leadership teams to include understanding priorities for the site, areas of concern, opportunities for change, demand planning and improvements . This role is required to have onsite presence to their home-based site of responsibility in Indianapolis, IN. The IT Site Lead will provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership for the sites. It requires close partnership with other DT entities across Enterprise Services (ES), Raytheon and RTX Company. This role requires the ability to help effectively communicate and drive adoption of ES and Raytheon DT Technology and implement ES and Raytheon DT standards throughout the sites. This is a high impact role requiring leadership skills and applicable technical and operational experience. This role will work on-site and be home based at Raytheon’s Indianapolis, IN location, with frequent travel to other Raytheon sites in the East US (Ft. Wayne IN, Louisville KY, and other regional Raytheon sites) as needed. What You Will Do: Serve as the primary Digital Technology (DT) interface and liaison, representing Digital/IT at your respective site(s) providing guidance, direction, and support as required. Partner with Site Leadership, Facilities, Operations and Program Management to plan and manage demand for DT Services. Reviews business requests for service enhancements including cost evaluation, standards reviews, and prioritization. Provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership as well as local site leadership. Monitor internal and external service providers to ensure they are performing to contractual requirements using RTX/Raytheon standards and processes; analyzing and acting upon SLA and metrics data to ensure customer service and customer satisfaction. Support AOP (Annual Operating Planning) forecast for the services provided, including all sub frameworks, capital planning and expenditures. Represents Digital Technology as the accountable representative at the site to oversee site efforts to maintain compliance with Raytheon policy in unclassified digital environments, in collaboration with Digital Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Partners with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to support site compliance assessments to ensure all site-specific processes, tools, documentation, and control hygiene are audit ready. Works to identify service owners, who work with GRC and the site lead, translating assessment and audit observations into actionable improvements to be completed by service owners. Partners with service owners to update and track compliance related improvement activities and work with the compliance working group and appropriate leaders to remove barriers to progress. Represents Digital Technology on the Site Incident Support Team (SIST). Guides continuous improvement efforts. Communicate and drive adoption of DT Technology direction at the site. Collaborate with service architects to discuss impact of new technologies and architecture roadmap. Support and Collaborate with the various Digital Technology teams, RTX Enterprise Services and other functional teams to help support the infrastructure and employees. Balance multiple competing priorities to ensure business needs are quickly and reliably achieved consistently, economically, and intelligently. Will interact with multiple levels of employees effectively – including customer, Raytheon, teammates, and suppliers --- from Executive to technician. Provide performance monitoring, oversight of local projects, escalation interface to suppliers and DT leadership. Will use project management and organizational skills to support site related initiatives. Will need to work independently and know when to engage key points of contact for support or handoffs. Will need to demonstrate solid and reliable judgment and decision-making skills. Understanding when, who and who to escalate issues to will be important to success in this role.
