Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on customer behavior, sales funnel performance, channel data, e-commerce analytics, and business profitability.
Build executive-level business cases for digital growth initiatives, including expected revenue impact, investment requirements, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
Lead external partners and vendors where needed to support e-commerce optimization, UX/UI improvements, measurement, personalization, automation, and demand generation.
Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams while maintaining enough technical fluency to guide execution, assess tradeoffs, and challenge recommendations.
