We’re looking for a dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team and help provide a positive dining experience for our residents. You will work closely with the cook and dietary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs. Key Responsibilities Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines Assist with serving meals and beverages to residents Clear trays and operate the dishwasher Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels Prepare snacks and nourishments Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas Store food and supplies in a safe and organized manner Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist dietary team as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Certification Strong teamwork and communication skills Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
