Your role is essential in ensuring residents receive quality meals that meet their dietary needs. Key Responsibilities Set up and serve meal trays based on dietary guidelines Assist with meal service and food preparation Clear trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasher Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels Prepare snacks and nourishments for residents Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas Clean work surfaces, refrigerators, and equipment Store food and supplies safely and properly Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shift Follow all food safety and infection control procedures Support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Certification Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred Ability to learn food service routines quickly Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
