Overview Dialysis Registered Nurse Prior Dialysis Nursing Experience Required PAM Health is currently seeking an experienced  Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. If you have previous hands-on dialysis nursing experience and are passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with acute or chronic kidney conditions, we would love to meet you! The Dialysis RN is responsible for  overseeing and providing dialysis treatments for patients experiencing acute or chronic kidney failure , as ordered by the physician. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinates discharge planning, provides patient and family education, and connects patients with appropriate community resources. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of employment Previous dialysis nursing experience is required Experience providing dialysis care to patients with  acute and/or chronic kidney failure Current  BLS certification Current  ACLS certification is preferred upon hire and required within 90 days of employment ACLS is required from Day 1  for all Charge Nurses, High Observation, and ICU positions Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) certification is  preferred but not required Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team We can help you obtain your ACLS certification! Pay Range USD $44.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
