As a Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly delivery of orders to our valued customers throughout the Vandalia area. This role offers the flexibility to work shifts that fit your schedule while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. You'll be the face of our organization, delivering not just products, but smiles and exceptional customer experiences to every doorstep. Deliver orders promptly and professionally to customers throughout assigned delivery routes in Vandalia Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency Maintain accurate delivery records and customer information with meticulous attention to detail Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns Inspect vehicles daily to ensure they are safe, clean, and properly maintained Handle cash and digital payments securely and accurately Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or issues Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum 1-2 years of driving history (depending on age) Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standards Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Physical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items Proficiency with GPS navigation and route planning tools Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules Ability to work flexible hours across day, evening, and closing shifts Knowledge of the Vandalia area and local streets (preferred) Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work independently BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
