As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and handling transactions professionally Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns Handle cash and card payments securely, following company protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our brand standards Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices Build positive relationships with customers and represent our organization with integrity and professionalism Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Physical capability to safely lift and carry delivery items Familiarity with the Pekin area or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoods Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
