In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Jacksonville Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and route optimization tools to maximize delivery productivity Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmations Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding route updates, delays, or customer concerns Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technology Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to safety Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Willingness to pass a criminal background check MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
