As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivals Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating a vehicle Handle cash and payment transactions accurately and securely Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally in the community Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check Strong time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Customer service orientation with a positive, professional attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines Physical ability to lift and carry packages safely Familiarity with local Streator area roads and navigation is a plus Willingness to maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness standards BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
