As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Minooka area Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the organization positively at every delivery Accurately load, transport, and unload packages while ensuring product quality and integrity Navigate routes efficiently using local knowledge and navigation tools to meet delivery schedules Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactions Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the vehicle Handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Organize delivery sequence to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes Ability to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly Strong time management and organizational skills with a commitment to punctuality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed Knowledge of local roads and neighborhoods in the Minooka area (preferred) Proficiency with GPS and navigation technology (preferred) Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery Willingness to pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification Positive attitude, reliability, and resilience in a fast-paced delivery environment Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team BENEFITS Flexible Hours Competitive wages Earn tips daily Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid Training FULL TIME DRIVERS BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401(k)
