We are currently seeking a Delivery Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). We are seeking an experienced Application Support & Maintenance Engineer (L2/L3) with strong expertise in Adobe ColdFusion, web application support, SQL databases, and production incident management. The candidate will be responsible for providing 24x7 production support, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of business-critical ColdFusion applications. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications, resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to ensure system stability, performance, and availability. The role requires working from the designated ODCs in Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad and adhering to the assigned 24x7 shift roster including weekend support. Key Responsibilities Application Support & Incident Management Provide L2/L3 support for Adobe ColdFusion-based applications in production environments. Monitor application performance, availability, and system health. Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA commitments. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues. Participate in major incident management and bridge calls. Coordinate with developers, database administrators, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution. Support release deployments and post-deployment validation activities. ColdFusion Application Support Troubleshoot ColdFusion application errors, performance issues, and integration failures. Support ColdFusion services, scheduled tasks, components (CFCs), APIs, and web applications. Analyze application logs, server logs, and error reports to identify issues. Manage ColdFusion server configurations, datasource connectivity, and application settings. Assist development teams in diagnosing complex application defects. Database Support Support Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar relational databases. Troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database performance issues. Execute data corrections and maintenance activities following change management processes. Support backup validation and database-related application issues. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement Perform routine application health checks and maintenance activities. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. Participate in application upgrades, patches, and platform modernization initiatives. Recommend system improvements to enhance reliability and performance. Monitoring & Operations Monitor application services using enterprise monitoring tools. Review alerts, logs, and performance metrics. Ensure timely escalation of critical incidents. Support batch processing, scheduled jobs, and integrations. ITSM & Compliance Work within Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes. Ensure compliance with organizational security and audit requirements. Maintain accurate ticket updates and documentation. Participate in on-call support and rotational shift schedules as required. Minimum 3+ years supporting Adobe ColdFusion applications. Experience in Application Support & Maintenance environments. Experience working in ITIL-based production support organizations. Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management processes. Experience supporting customer-facing web applications. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications (Azure or AWS). Knowledge of API integrations and middleware interfaces. Experience with application performance tuning. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently in high-pressure production environments. Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
