RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to • Prescreening of candidates • CV assessment • Interview scheduling • Offer • Background Check • Quality Check Resource is also expected to: Bridge the communication gap between client and non-bilingual executives. Coordinate with team lead and Japan Onshore Team for process efficiency.
