Job Description: Job Summary The Data Operations Analyst supports Epiq's Legal Services team by carrying out client data requests using industry-leading and proprietary processing and hosting tools. Working from assigned requests and detailed instructions, analysts manage multiple deadlines, partner closely with peers on quality checks, and help maintain the high standard of accuracy our legal clients rely on. Full training on our tools is provided, and legal or eDiscovery experience is not required. This role is a great fit for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is eager to build a career in a technical field. Essential Job Responsibilities Analyze  data operations to improve efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage  data processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct  data analysis to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding data operations. Document  data operations processes and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance. Collaborate  with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of data operations activities. Implement  quality control measures to maintain the integrity of data. Ensure  compliance with organizational standards and procedures in data operations. Schedule & Work Hours This role supports deadline-driven client work delivered on Central Time. New team members typically work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time . Schedule flexibility is essential. This is not a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM role. Weekend availability is a plus and would not begin until training is complete. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience: Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data operations or a related field. Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the same industry. Skills: Analytical Thinking Communication Critical Thinking Customer Satisfaction Deadline Management Detail-Oriented End-to-End Project Management Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) Prioritization Quality Control (QC) Results-Oriented Troubleshooting Certifications: Required: None. Preferred: Certification in data operations or a related field. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work a 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time schedule, with flexibility as business needs require. The Compensation range for this role is $15 to $19 USD hourly and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
