The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs and technical requirements. This position requires continuous collaboration to ensure data models are accurate, efficient, and support the overall data strategy. The Data Modeler plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured data solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to ensure data models meet both current and future business needs. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align data strategies. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of database design principles and data modeling techniques. - Ability to work with relational and non-relational databases effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code within Java Full Stack Development environments.
