The Manager GRC has a strong understanding of all major cyber security domain, allowing them to use their deep theoretical understanding within Governance, Risk and Compliance to lead security teams to deliver complex cross-practice or work package projects.   This is achieved by providing direction, mentoring and quality control to consultants as part of engagement teams, and through building client trust by communicating with influence, demonstrating excellence in planning and execution, and applying deep security knowledge. the Manager GRC actively contributes throughout the client engagement life cycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to delivery and closure. In addition, the Manager GRC actively supports the ongoing management of client relationships and the identification of flow through opportunities for all CyberCX service lines.   Key Roles & Responsibilities  Work with our customer base to assist them in identifying and effectively managing security risks  Lead a team to deliver security projects work package with team members in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain and within cross-practice engagements  Prepare and present high-quality reports detailing security issues, making recommendations, and identifying solutions  Lead, mentor and build high performing teams in complex deliveries. Understand what each team members skills are, to provide guidance in developing delivery excellence  Contribute to the development of customer relationships through direct customer support and working with Customer Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing teams to support relevant activities  Demonstrate strong alignment with CyberCX values to peers and customers  Actively collaborate across CyberCX, and continuously look for ways to add value  Facilitate communication, partnerships, and cross-pollination across the business to allow teams to better engage and service customers  Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills NV1 security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one) Minimum of 5 years of experience dealing with a diverse range of Cyber/Information, Communications & Technology projects and challenges, preferably over a number of industry domains  At least one major security certification (IRAP, CISM, CISA, CISSP, ISO Lead Auditor or Lead Implementor, PCI QSA)  A high performing and proficient consultant with a deep theoretical understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance domain that allows them to perform complex projects independently  Strong computer skills, particularly experienced working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Project, and Visio  Diplomatic, tactful, and empathic stakeholder engagement and communication skills that enable them to actively contribute to the development of customer relationships  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build sustainable, scalable solutions and processes to meet complex operational problems  Skilled in responding to setbacks in an agile and resilient manner  Attention to detail, proactive and organised individual  Diploma level or higher tertiary qualification in Information, Communications & Technology or other fields with experience Based on business requirements, candidates applying for this role can also be assessed for other opportunities within Accenture. ​ Benefits of working at Accenture: ·       18 weeks paid parental leave ·       Long & short-term career break opportunities ·       Structured career development program ·       Local and international career opportunities. ·       Certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace™ ·       Flexible Work Arrangements - centered around Accenture’s Truly Human ethos and our commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our people. ·       We are proud to be in the top 3 of last year’s Diversity & Inclusion Index!
