Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
