Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolution and improve service delivery. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
