If you love helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team that succeeds together, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. 🕒 Shifts Currently Available Rotating weekends as needed Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM–9:00 PM ✅ What We’re Looking For One or more years of customer service experience preferred; home services or emergency services experience is a plus Previous dispatch experience in residential or emergency services is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus, but we will train the right person Strong communication and active-listening skills Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach Team-focused mindset with a desire to learn and grow High school diploma or equivalent required 💼 What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first impression of our company and the voice our customers rely on.
