Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Customer Account Representative to support customer relationships, account activities, and sales opportunities. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding products and services. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Support customer account and follow-up activities. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Identify opportunities to support customer retention and sales. Follow up with prospective and existing customers. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities. Assist with customer satisfaction and acquisition initiatives. Support promotional activities and sales opportunities.
