This role includes guiding teams through the entire design and delivery process, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position requires continuous collaboration with team members to align software solutions with business goals, while focusing on scalability, performance, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The lead also monitors progress and addresses challenges to deliver robust and efficient software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js. - Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
