The role requires working within dynamic environments that utilize contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align software capabilities with business objectives is a key aspect, along with continuous refinement of solutions to meet evolving requirements and enhance overall system performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate different stockholders design & develop. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
