Cultivation Technician

The Cultivation Technician supports day-to-day cultivation operations at Texas Original’s production facility. This role is responsible for executing assigned cultivation tasks across all plant life-cycle stages, including propagation, vegetative growth, flowering, and harvesting. The Cultivation Technician follows established SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements to ensure healthy plant development, accurate recordkeeping, and a clean, compliant cultivation environment. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality and safety.   This department operates Sunday - Saturday, requiring full week availability.
