What You'll Be Doing Operate and maintain crusher equipment to process raw materials. Monitor and adjust processing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance tasks. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. What Are We Looking For Proven competency in operating heavy machinery. Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
