What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications): What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications): Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field. (Recently graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!) Licensure: Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC). Compliance & Safety: Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies. First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire. How you will make a difference: This position assesses clients at start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning.
