Position Overview Crew Members will provide friendly and efficient customer service while working in a fast-paced fast-food restaurant. Crew Members will greet customers, take and prepare orders accurately, handle cash and card payments, prepare food and beverages according to restaurant standards, package orders, maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas, restock supplies, follow food safety and sanitation procedures, and work closely with other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Crew Members are expected to be dependable, professional, friendly, and able to work effectively in a busy environment. This position is located in Staten Island, New York.  Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service Take customer orders accurately Prepare and serve food and beverages according to McDonald’s standards Handle cash and card payments accurately Package customer orders correctly Maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas Restock food, packaging, and other supplies as needed Follow food safety, health, and sanitation procedures Work cooperatively with management and other crew members Follow assigned schedules and arrive on time for shifts Maintain reliable attendance and communicate appropriately regarding scheduling Provide a positive and professional experience for customers and coworkers Requirements Strong work ethic and willingness to work Reliable and dependable attendance Must be punctual and arrive on time for scheduled shifts Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Ability to work well as part of a team Positive and professional attitude Good communication skills with management and coworkers Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and accept training Previous fast-food or restaurant experience strongly preferred, but not required Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome, provided they can communicate sufficiently with management and staff Must be able to maintain a clean and professional appearance and follow uniform requirements Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
