Crew Leader

Overview Starting at $22.00 per hour.  The 1st Shift Crew Leader will be responsible for disseminating work, assisting with keeping the team on task, and training new associates.  The shift is from 6:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. What You'll Do Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily tasks Plan nightly duties according to priority Schedule teams and disseminate daily workload Direct operation tasks to team members Perform replenishment, put-away and shipping processes Identify and maintain necessary equipment, tools, and supplies. Retrieve and transport products to assigned destinations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with company and OSHA safety standards. Work independently and in a team environment willing to help in other departments and work overtime when necessary (Flexibility is a must). Consistently work scheduled shifts and be on time to comply with the company attendance policy. Maintain a safe and clean work environment Other duties as assigned by management What We're Looking For Ability to successfully pass PIT training and operating PIT (Reach Truck and Order Selector), preferred, but not required Ability to work the shift plus overtime when necessary Full-time Wilson Associate Previous general SAP experience Previous leadership experience is a plus Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously Desire to grow with our company An attention to detail where accuracy is key An ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism What We’ll Provide This role is based at Wilson Sporting Goods Co.’s Warehouse / DC located in the welcoming and growing community of Mt.
