Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Highland Palms Healthcare Center Help residents regain confidence, independence, and quality of life. What You'll Do As a COTA, you'll work closely with the Occupational Therapist to help residents achieve their highest level of function and independence by: Implementing individualized treatment plans Assisting residents with therapeutic activities and exercises Teaching adaptive techniques for daily living skills Monitoring resident progress and documenting outcomes Collaborating with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams Encouraging and motivating residents throughout their rehabilitation journey Promoting safety, independence, and quality of life What We're Looking For Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for helping others reach their goals Ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred but not required Why Highland Palms?
