Description of Work This position is classified as a Correction Enterprise Supervisor II and is located at the Mt. View Sewing Plant in Spruce Pine, NC. It reports directly to the Correction Enterprise Manager I. The role is responsible for supervising 65 to 85 offenders and overseeing all aspects of safety, quality, production, and inventory. Mt. View Sewing is a production‑based operation, requiring consistent adherence to established production schedules. The plant is located inside the Mt. View Correctional Facility, so regular communication and coordination with facility staff, and offenders, is essential. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range:  $39,244 - $68,679 The Knowledge Skills and Abilities/ Management Preferences are not required. Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred: Experience with hands-on sewing equipment & tools. (ex.
