The Recruiter will be responsible for the execution efforts to source, evaluate, and interview candidates, ensuring sufficient and appropriate candidates to fill open and available positions across Cogent Analytics (CA) clients. The Recruiter must have recruiting experience in a Executive Search or Corporate setting, as well  be adept in the use of various recruiting platforms.  You have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing young innovative company that is helping small to mid-size companies prosper.
