Overview Kimley-Horn is looking for a Corporate Card Administrator to join our team in Cary, North Carolina (NC)! This is not a remote position. The Corporate Card Administrator plays a key role in supporting the firm's Travel & Expense Card Program by providing exceptional service to cardholders across the organization. This position serves as a primary point of contact for corporate card-related questions, helping employees navigate card processes, program requirements, and self-service resources while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall cardholder experience.  This role is not responsible for managing personal banking or financial services. Instead, the Corporate Card Administrator partners with colleagues, card providers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to understand user needs, troubleshoot issues, provide guidance, and support the continuous improvement of the firm's corporate card program. The ideal candidate is resourceful, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work independently, and are comfortable collaborating with both internal and external partners.  Responsibilities Cardholder Support & Program Administration  Serve as a primary contact for corporate card-related questions and support requests from employees across the firm.  Research and resolve cardholder issues, including account inquiries, program-related questions, transaction concerns, and access requests.  Partner with colleagues to understand challenges, identify root causes, and elevate opportunities to improve the cardholder experience.  Assist with card program communications, guidance, and education.  Monitor support requests and help identify recurring themes, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.  Support ongoing cardholder administration, including account maintenance and program updates.  Content & Resource Management   Develop, update, and maintain corporate card resources, job aids, FAQs, training materials, and website content.  Draft communications related to program updates, enhancements, and cardholder guidance.  Ensure card program information remains accurate, current, and easily accessible.  Support the creation of self-service resources that improve the employee experience and reduce support inquiries.  Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination  Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendor partners to gather information and assist with issue resolution.  Maintain relationships with external vendors to support program needs and traveler inquiries.  Assist with reviewing supplier purchases, managing travel-related permissions, and updating user access as needed. Support travel program initiatives through coordination with internal departments and external partners.  Data Analysis & Reporting  Utilize Excel and other reporting tools to analyze travel data and identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.  Support travel program reporting and administrative activities.  Assist with validating data, maintaining records, and ensuring information accuracy.  Help prepare summaries and recommendations based on data insights.  Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to research issues, think critically, and develop practical solutions.  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, organizing, and analyzing data.  Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.  Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.  Why Kimley-Horn?
