Coordinator, Brand Management

TITOL™ is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Coordinator to support our Brand Management team across the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our artist and brand projects. This role is responsible for keeping the details behind our projects organized, documented, and moving forward. The Brand Management Coordinator will work closely with Brand Managers to ensure information is accurate, follow-ups are handled, and teams have the visibility they need to execute effectively. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer and communicator who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. They are proactive, resourceful, comfortable with highly detailed and sometimes manual work, and take pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Working Environment: In-office 5 days/week with occasional travel or on-site support required. May involve weekend or extended hours during peak seasons.
