The Controller is responsible for leading CyberOne’s accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the company’s financial information. This role oversees the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance while serving as a key business partner to the CFO and other department leaders. Leading a team of two accounting professionals, the Controller provides oversight of day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, and related accounting functions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical accounting expertise, sound judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights. Location & Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position based out of CyberOne’s Plano, Texas office. Candidates must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and be able to commute to the Plano office in accordance with CyberOne’s hybrid work schedule. This position is not eligible for fully remote work or relocation; only candidates currently residing in the DFW area will be considered. Why CyberOne?
