About the Role Crusoe is seeking a motivated Construction Project Specialist to support our growing portfolio of AI Factory and Cloud Services colocation projects. This role is ideal for early-career construction professionals or technically experienced candidates looking to expand their construction expertise in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a generalist, you'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of critical infrastructure projects while developing experience across construction, mechanical and electrical systems, and data center deployment. What You'll Do: Assist in managing daily activities across active construction sites, including scheduling, site coordination, documentation, and vendor oversight Support senior Construction Managers with project tracking, contractor communications, RFI logs, andsubmittal reviews Monitor construction progress and help identify risks, delays, or quality concerns, escalating to project leadership as needed Interface with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, operations) and external partners (GCs, vendors, consultants) Participate in project planning and due diligence meetings, supporting coordination across construction, engineering, facilities, and operations teams Review and analyze project schedules and support coordination of work across contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersParticipate in site walks, inspections, and punch-list generation Support budgeting and cost tracking efforts, including reviewing invoices and change orders Help maintain accurate records, drawings, closeout documentation, and as-builts Develop toward independently managing project activities and leading coordination meetings as experience and project knowledge grow Ensure safety practices and site protocols are followed in accordance with Crusoe's standards Travel domestically and internationally as required to support project deployments. What You Bring: 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial construction, engineering, critical facilities, facilities operations, or a related technical environment A solid foundation in commercial construction with some technical exposure, OR strong technical experience with exposure to construction/project delivery Familiarity with core construction processes including scheduling, procurement, and documentation Comfortable reading construction drawings and interpreting specifications Experience working with or alongside general contractors, trade partners, vendors, or technical service providers Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with tools like Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have: Experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure environments Experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems, whether gained through construction, engineering, facilities operations, or another technical environment Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent relevant technical/construction experience Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international project travel Benefits: - Competitive compensation and equity packages - Restricted Stock Units - Paid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programs - Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance - Employer contributions to HSA account - Paid parental leave - Paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability - Professional development & tuition reimbursement - Mental health & wellness support - Commuter benefits (parking & transit) - Cell phone stipend - 401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salary - Volunteer time off - Global travel insurance & emergency assistance - Daily meals allowance - Additional perks & programs specific to location Compensation Range Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $110,000- 135,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
