They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for a Project Manager who is comfortable managing the financial, contractual, scheduling, and administrative aspects of high-end construction projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. The Construction Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and client expectations. Working closely with the Site Superintendent and project team, the PM will oversee project financials, contracts, procurement, scheduling, change management, documentation, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, composed under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities in the fast-paced NYC construction environment.
