Sounds like a winning formula for you.   Join us!   THE ROLE   Legends is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead stadium food and beverage operations. This role ensures efficient service, strong financial performance, and an exceptional guest experience during all events while maintaining compliance with company policies and health regulations. ESSENTIAL DUT I ES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Oversee all concession operations during events Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise concession staff Ensure all stands are properly stocked, staffed, and operational Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and control costs Oversee inventory management and vendor coordination Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations Maintain food safety standards and certifications Handle guest concerns and enhance customer satisfaction Collaborate with marketing teams on promotions and menu offerings SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES   Carries out supervisory responsibilities   in accordance with   all Legends   Global   policies and applicable laws.   QUALIFICATIONS    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Reasonable   accommodation   may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.     EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE          Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3–5+ years of experience in food service, concessions, or hospitality management SKILLS AND ABILITIES   Experience in high-volume stadium, arena, or large venue preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and revenue Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays COMPENSATION   Competitive salary,   commensurate   with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.   WORKING CONDITIONS   Location: On Site   Caesars Superdome New Orleans, LA   PHYSICAL DEMANDS   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
