Position Overview The Compliance Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of Compliance components of the Finance Solutions & Technology (FS&T) portfolio. The role will drive planning, oversight and communication of Compliance projects and run-state work efforts, as well as provide support, leadership and direction to project managers of FS&T deployments with compliance activities. This position reports to the Sr. Project Manager, Cross-Program Project Management. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in managing timelines, resourcing, improving workflows, and working cross-functionally. This will bring a strong ability to build relationships with the FS&T Compliance organization as well as broader J&J Compliance, Finance, Technology (JJT) and PMO organizations to drive planning, interdependency management, issue and risk management, and execution of compliance activities. Responsibilities Build, manage and maintain FS&T Compliance Project Plans Follow FS&T Project Management standards while maintaining Project Plans and status data, including records of dependencies and RAID Provide thought leadership with PMO perspectives to the management of Compliance work in run state, Compliance projects, and Compliance components within FS&T projects Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to Compliance and project team engagement, project delivery, reporting and communications  Manage and motivate team members to achieve/exceed expectations by identifying performance gaps, listening, monitoring and providing constructive feedback for performance Key Working Relationships Finance Digital Transformation Office (FDTO) Project Managers FS&T Compliance Team JJT Security FS&T Project Teams FS&T Subject Matter Experts Information Security & Risk Management Qualifications: Must have: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Management, or equivalent 5+ years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations. Ability to set business, technical and/or organizational direction, alignment, coordination and focus Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, portfolio scheduling tools, and RAID Log management Strong leadership skills: able to lead through ambiguity, collaborate, challenge, and influence peers and senior management Communication: speaks across various forums and communicates to broad, diverse audiences; able to facilitate discussion, progress effectively, and manage audience as needed Effective and strong partnership and relationship building skills with key stakeholders across functional and geographic boundaries Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects/ programs, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities Ability to navigate the organization and decision-making processes Preference: Compliance experience is strongly preferred (knowledge of financial and IT internal controls) Finance experience is strongly preferred (Finance processes and/or technology) Healthcare Industry experience is desirable Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred Program and portfolio management (PPM) tool experience is preferred Travel: Up to 10% domestic and international travel required Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
